Terms of Service

Ohio Plate Watch is an independent tool operated by Kyle Dillon. Access to its dashboard is restricted to the owner and people the owner authorizes.

Plate results may be incomplete, delayed, or stale. The service does not reserve plates, determine eligibility, or promise that a plate can be purchased. Ohio BMV makes the final determination. The service may pause when the source is unavailable, imposes limits, or requires human review.

Do not use this tool to bypass CAPTCHAs, access controls, or source limits. No availability or continuous-operation guarantee is made. Contact kylepdillon@gmail.com with questions.

SMS Terms

Kyle Dillon, operating Ohio Plate Watch, sends recurring automated plate-availability alerts and requested setup tests only to recipients who opt in and are approved for access. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or email kylepdillon@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Results do not reserve plates. The service currently requires operator approval; public subscriptions are not yet enabled.
